We offer a wide range of training options

Our Specialty Classes are classified as "specialty" due to the specialized training required of the instructor.  The small group setting allows the instructor to offer individualized attention and supervise body mechanics.  All group training sessions are  based on sound physiological principles and scientific exercise progression. A careful selection of music will set the mood for each type of class and is aimed to inspire, motivate and excite participants to immerse mind, body and spirit into each class.
An affordable way to get individualized attention and supervision from your own specialty instructor/trainer. 

Our Personal Fitness Training program begins with a 60 to 75 minute consultation & fitness assessment.  The assessment will allow the trainer to design a personalized physical fitness plan to meet one's personal fitness needs.  The most innovative training techniques will be utilized to offer the best fitness results.  Each training session will run approximately 60 minutes.

Are you just beginning a Resistance Training Program? 
Our Small Group Resistance Training Program offers you the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of resistance training while utilizing critical body alignment, movement patterns and exercise progression. There is a three person limit due to the structure of this class. Your group picks the time & day. Minimum 3 clients.  

Private FITYOGA Work one-on-one to learn poses, body alignments and modifications to fit your needs.

Our Mom & Me Training Program evolved through a mother and daughter who wanted to spend quality time together while improving their quality of life. A true inspiration! Each training session will run approximately 45 minutes and movement discipline selection is based on personal interest.

Girl's Night Out is a program  for middle-school aged girls.
A Note To Parents: Middle School can be a challenge. Hormones kick-in so strong emotions come into play.  Dealing with conflicting impulses, power struggles and friends can be emotionally and socially demanding.  
Our weekly discussion forum will offer opportunities to brainstorm healthy decision making options. The activities selected are aimed to create a positive experience for all while building on life skills. 

Encourage self-esteem and a positive self-image in those preteen years           (ages 10-12).   Our Wellness Workout Program focuses on our children's  developmental milestone journey.  Experience a variety of individual activities that can ultimately influence life-long physical activity.  Activites can include: Elastiks, Step, Dance, Kickboxing, Yoga, Problem-Solving, Cooperative Games, Circuit, Sports Conditioning, Resistance Training and more.

CAMP TROPHIES is a summer enrichment program designed for  upper elementary school  school-aged children. Our goal is to teach each child how to attain outstanding health through the overlapping understanding of four elements of wellness:  Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Social health. CAMP TROPHIES combines all of these elements together through utilizing an authentic learning approach.  This approach allows each child to engage in activities that will invite exploration and inquiry. The activities include: Adventure Training, Hands-On Learning Activities, Problem-Solving Activities, Cooperative Games, Snack Preparation & Tast Testing, Yoga Practice, Group Discussions, Health Art Projects and more.
