Core Training
Build a strong foundation
through fusing core and abdominal conditioning exercises together.
Methodology:
Utilizing abdominal bracing technique to ensure back protection while building
strong muscles to support the spine, pelvis and shoulder joints. This
method of training builds a strong foundation that will allow movement with ease
while withstanding the rigors of everyday activities. This class is a precursor
to all other training systems.
