A dance-based workout that blends a variety of dance styles to create a non-stop, high energy dance party!

Methodology:  Measuring heart rate periodically to establish a perceived target heart rate zone to ensure the appropriate aerobic training level.  This method of training will allow optimal cardiovascular benefits and helps in coping with other emotional and physiological stress.
