Resistance Training

A muscle training workout that uses scientific precision to challenge major muscle groups through the use of free weights, resistance bands, and other fitness apparatuses.

Methodology: Controlling resistance through a full range of motion by maintaining core stability to ensure optimal energy transfer from the center of the body to the limbs.
