One-on-One

This session will begin with a 60 to 75 minute consultation & fitness assessment.  The assessment will allow the trainer to design a personalized physical fitness plan to meet one's fitness needs.  The most innovative training techniques will be utilized to offer the best fitness results.  Each training session will run approximately 60 minutes.

Share-a-Trainer - Based on two-three clients

This session will begin with a 60 to 75 minute consultation & fitness assessment.  Fitness assessments will be conducted separately.  These assessments will allow the trainer to design an interesting and innovative physical fitness plan that will allow both clients to achieve the best  fitness results. Each training session will run approximately 60-75 minutes. 

 In-Home Personal Fitness Program

This unique program offers the support of a trainer while training at home.  This session will begin with a 60 to 75 minute consultation and fitness assessment on-site. This assessment will allow the trainer to design an interesting yet user-friendly physical fitness plan that can be done within the comforts of your own home.  Two on-site training sessions will be necessary to review your in-home plan. Weekly on-line support will be available and necessary in order to insure optimal results. 

Group Basic Resistance Training

Are you just beginning a Resistance Training Program?  Learn the fundamentals of resistance training while utilizing critical body alignment, movement patterns and exercise progression. There is a six person limit due to the structure of this class. Please inquire about session dates.
