It’s Fun, Active, and Health Enriching CAMP TROPHIES A
Rewarding Experience for Everyone Adopting an attitude of wellness can extend our children's health beyond just free of disease. It can allow them to realize the immeasurable benefits from taking on positive lifestyle habits while recognizing potential health consequences for negative health behaviors. CAMP TROPHIES is a twenty hour wellness enrichment program designed for elementary school-aged children. Our goal is to teach each child how to attain outstanding health through the continuous integration of four elements of wellness: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Social health. CAMP TROPHIES intertwines all of these elements through a variety of educational games, hands-on learning activities, snack preparation and taste-testing, problem-solving initiatives, yoga practice, and health art projects. Discovering why it is important to take on an active role to health will ultimately develop attitudes that will help each child realize their fullest potential in life.
