Maria Kishfy is the sole proprietor of Symmetrics-Wellness Movement Center and has dedicated over 20 years to the health/fitness industry.  She holds certifications through national and international associations in the following disciplines: Personal Fitness, Yoga, Group Exercise, Kickboxing and STEP. Maria earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Education from Rhode Island College and is licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Education in Health/Physical Education and Adaptive Physical Education. She is an examiner for Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and has successfully directed multiple Group Fitness Programs throughout the Rhode Island area.  Her mission is to encourage people of all fitness levels to realize their fullest potential in life through the continuous integration of high-level wellness practices.
