Hello, My name is Maria Kishfy. Welcome to my
website. As my website is still evolving my message to you will
remain - celebrate movement from the
inside out. I understand this message is easier read than applied
but, I can assure all of our programs are aimed to cultivate harmony and
integrity of mind/body.
My primary goal has always been to touch as many
people as I could through infusing positive energy into all of my
interactions and teachings whether in a classroom, group exercise class,
or one-on-one.
My Intention is for you to feel supported as you
