Symmetrics-Wellness Movement Center facilitates growth in one's total well-being through various movement and enrichment programs.  To ensure a positive experience the atmosphere is comfortable, non-intimidating and service oriented.  The 1,000 square foot center offers a more intimate class setting allowing personalized attention, guidance and education to each client. Our children's enrichment programs are also based on the principles of wellness and provide each child with the tools necessary to promote growth in all facets of life.  If a more personal experience is what a client needs, a variety of personal training options are available.
